We are currently inviting applications for the position of Learning Diversity Leader for the 2026-2028 Position of Leadership (POL) cycle.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies aligned with the Disability Standards for Education (DSE), Nationally Consistent Collection of Data, and the school’s strategic plan.
- Oversee the identification, support, assessments and monitoring of students with disabilities and additional learning needs, ensuring equitable access to learning and participation.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, DOBCEL, and external agencies to develop, implement, and review students/' Personal Learning Plans as needed.
- Manage data collection for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) and other reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
