About the Role

This exciting role & opportunity exists atthe Stawellmeat processing plant, the gateway to the Grampians.  Where you'll work with a diverse team who align with our values & are passionate and empowered to perform at pace & achieve big things.

The role of a Reliability Leader is to ensure the reliability and availability of equipment and assets within the site, overseeing the maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities during a specific shift or period. They play a crucial role in coordinating maintenance efforts, managing the maintenance team, and maintaining equipment reliability.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in the meat or food processing industry
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role
  • Australian – Trade certification/ Licence
  • Forklift licence
  • Excellent communication and practical problem-solving skills
  • Sound time management and organisation skills
