Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of multi-channel campaign execution, digital delivery, and brand growth initiatives. You will be empowered to make a real impact by collaborating with internal teams and external partners, driving creative content, and supporting sales enablement activities.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, oversee creative development processes, and manage post-campaign reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Develop engaging content across various formats including emails, blogs, articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, and digital ads in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Support sales enablement by creating materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral that empower the sales team.
- Oversee merchandise inventory management and fulfilment processes for giveaways and promotional items used in campaigns.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the company website by assisting with content creation, structure optimisation, and routine maintenance.
- Maintain data quality within CRM systems and marketing platforms by adhering to best practices for campaign workflows and accurate reporting.
- Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn within allocated budgets.
- Monitor website performance metrics and communication channels to refine messaging strategies for increased engagement and conversion rates.
- Execute all operational activities within designated budgets while ensuring compliance with organisational policies.

Qualifications

- At least three years’ experience in a similar marketing or communications role where you have demonstrated your ability to execute successful campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven track record using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) alongside marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills that enable you to engage confidently with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- High level of creativity combined with innovative thinking that allows you to develop fresh approaches for content creation across diverse formats.
- Experience managing events—including both sponsored initiatives and those organised internally—while tracking leads generated from these activities.
- Ability to develop constructive relationships with clients, suppliers, industry representatives at all levels through collaborative teamwork.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence coupled with a focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of your work.
- Relevant technical knowledge related to IT products or solutions being marketed is highly desirable for understanding customer needs more deeply.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related fields provide a solid foundation for success; certifications in tools such as HubSpot or Google Analytics/Ads are advantageous.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is considered beneficial for producing high-quality visual assets.
