We are seeking a dynamic full-time Marketing Coordinator to join the Grug Consulting Team in Chatswood, NSW. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, creating content, and enhancing brand visibility. Ideal candidates will have a marketing background, with 2 years of experience in a similar role, a passion for technology and strong communication skills.

- Competitive salary package of AUD 80,000 plus super per annum.

Task & Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote our IT services and solutions.

- Advise senior management and business clients on optimal marketing strategies to highlight our technical expertise, and effectively communicate the benefits of our IT solutions to potential businesses.

- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, social media management, and SEO strategies.

- Assist in content creation for marketing materials such as newsletters, email campaigns, etc.

- Track and interpret industry trends and technological advancements to ensure our marketing campaigns are aligned with the evolving needs of our business clients.

- Coordinate and participate in networking events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility.

- Research potential market demand for new IT solutions and services, analyze B2B market characteristics, and gather relevant statistical data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Identify new opportunities for our IT offerings through thorough research and analysis, positioning us effectively to meet evolving market needs.

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools.

- Support in maintaining the CRM database and ensuring accuracy in client information.

- Handle marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost‑effective campaign management.

Qualification & Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

- Strong content creation skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
