TheRole:

ReportingtotheVPofMarketing,APAC&GCC,you’llplayakeyrolein supportingmarketingprogramsanddeliveringoutstandingcampaignandevent experiencesacrosstheAsiaPacificregion.

Yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

- Assistingintheexecutionofintegratedmarketingcampaignsand eventsthatdrivebrandvisibility,engagement,andleadgeneration.

- Creatingandlocalisingmarketingassets,fromgraphicsandvideostopresentations,whilemaintainingbrandintegrityandvisualconsistency

- Managingcampaignperformanceandanalyticstomeasure effectiveness,optimiseROI,andprovideinsightsforfuture improvements.

- Researchingmarkettrendsandcompetitoractivitytohelpshape regionalmessagingandcampaignstrategy.

- PlanningandcoordinatingquarterlyeventsacrossAPAC,including venuesourcing,suppliermanagement,registrations,andon-sitelogistics.

- Producingeventmaterialssuchassignage,merchandise,digitalslides andpresentations.

- Managingeventcommunicationsacrosssocialmedia,email,and digitalchannelstomaximisereachandengagement.

- Trackingattendance,gatheringfeedback,andcontributingtopost-eventevaluationsandreporting.

- Maintainingcampaigncalendars,projecttimelines,anddigitalasset libraries.

- Liaisingwithvendors,managingbudgets,andensuringprojectsare deliveredontimeandwithinscope.

- CollaboratingcloselywithSales,Product,andGlobalMarketingteamstoensureallactivitiesalignwithbroaderbusinessgoalsandregional priorities.

AboutYou:

You’llholdadegreeinMarketing,Communications,orDesignandbring 1-2 years’experienceinmarketingcampaigns, digital marketing, or event coordination.

You’llalsohave:

- ProficiencyindesigntoolssuchasPhotoshoporFigma,withaneyeforgraphicdesignand/orvideoediting.

- ExperienceusingCRMsystems,marketingautomationplatforms,andprojectmanagementtools(e.g.,Asana,Confluence).

- Solideventmanagementexperience,stronganalyticalskills,and confidenceintrackingandreportingoncampaignsuccess.

- Excellentorganisationalabilities,capableofjugglingmultipleprojectsatonce.

- Experienceacrosskeydigitalmarketingchannels,includingemailandsocialmedia.

- Strongcommunicationskillsandsoundbudgetmanagement experience.
