About the role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, assist with training new team members, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience.

This hands‑on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant, bar, and event service operations.

- Support and mentor team members to maintain service excellence.

- Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards.

- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.

- Assist with rostering, stock control, and cash handling as required.

About you

- Previous experience in a similar F&B team leader role, ideally within hotels, resorts, or high‑volume venues.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.

- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational abilities.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
