About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a service‑passionate and highly motivated Food & Beverage professional to join our growing team.

You should enjoy engaging with guests, have table service experience including upselling, and be comfortable working flexible AM/PM shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

- Uphold Stamford’s service standards, greeting guests with a warm smile and verbal acknowledgement.

- Provide exceptional service to our guests throughout their dining experience.

- Assist with floor planning and cleanliness prior to meal service, including table set‑up and clearance.

- Manage guests’ food orders and collaborate with chefs, managers and other F&B attendants to ensure a positive experience.

- Communicate professionally and promptly to cater to guests’ needs during your shift.

- Display empathy and kindness to all internal and external guests.

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, non‑alcoholic drinks and hot beverages.

- Maintain a high standard of work and represent the ‘Stamford Way’.

- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of our food and beverage menu.

About You

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.

- Barista & Bar experience.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Flexibility in availability, across a 7‑day rotating roster.

- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willingness to obtain.

- Food Safety and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain.
