Joining the Monarto Safari Resort team, you will play an integral role in supporting our business as we continue to share special places and shape lasting memories for our guests.

About the Role
We are seeking experienced and truly passionate Hospitality professionals to join our team at our luxury resort in Monarto.Your days might include:

- A la carte restaurant service
- Bar and lounge service including table service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be passionate about the hospitality industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of guest service;
- Hotel experience is advantageous while not essential;
- Know your stuff, you’ve had fine dining or a la carte experience, been recognised for your strengths in guest service – you see everything through a guest-centric lens;
- Have an energy that’s dynamic and you have fun when you work – your smile will say it all;
- Show a commitment to our luxury brand;
- Have availability to work flexible shift patterns including weekends;
- Have all the safety things we need too like an RSA (or willing to obtain).
