About the role
The Licensing Customer Service Specialist is responsible for growing the Datacom Licensing business through business development with existing and new clients. This role will form and foster relationships with existing and new clients to generate new software and licensing vendors and increase sales and profits.

What you will do
- Working closely with new and existing clients to determine their present and future Software Licensing needs and proposing suitable services and upgrades in order to maintain and grow revenue for the organisation
- Expand customer networks and relationships to result in new business generation and software and licensing sale
- Identifying and gaining new Software Licensing business through a sustained program of cold calling, mailing and following up referrals/leads and keeping abreast of competitor's Sales strategies
- Coordinating the preparation of Software and Licensing proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans.
- Growing existing Datacom relationships providing specialised software advise.

What you will bring
- Strong business acumen
- 2+ years of relevant sales and software licensing support experience.
- Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer relationship building and management skills.
- Strong influencing and persuasive ability
