Position: Lead Reactive Engineer
Location: West Perth
Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super
Job Type: Permanent

OUI Recruitment is currently searching for a motivated Lead Reactive Engineer to join an award-winning team in West Perth. Key Responsibilities

- Act as the escalation point for junior team members.
- Respond to and resolve complex technical incidents in a timely manner, ensuring SLAs are consistently met
- Take ownership of escalated issues, providing expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Manage and maintain client IT environments, ensuring comprehensive documentation of solutions and configurations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 Engineers, supporting team skill development

Technical Requirements

- Networking experience (Routers, Switches, WAN, LAN).
- Firewall experience (Fortinet, Meraki).
- Virtual servers experience (VMware, Hyper-V, ESXi).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
- Disaster recovery experience (Veeam, Datto).
- Supporting Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022).
- Experience with M365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
