Unlike traditional engineering roles, you'll deliver targeted engineering packages, not day-to-day support under the guidance of the Area Senior Mechanical Engineer.You’ll collaborate with OC1 engineers, central reliability and asset integrity teams, and Alcoa’s Centre of Excellence to:* Lead improvement projects addressing safety, quality, and equipment performance* Implement new technologies and cost-saving solutions* Develop predictive and preventative maintenance strategies* Conduct root cause analyses and define scopes for major repairs* Support capital projects and enhance equipment documentation and spares**Mechanical Engineer – OC2 (Clarification)**In this hands-on role, you’ll support production equipment and facilities, troubleshoot issues, and lead projects that improve reliability and uptime.
