Paralegal

The Role
Our client, a leading Gold Coast law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work on a broad range of litigation disputes including body corporate disputes, building defect claims, estate litigation and other general litigation matters. Your duties will include:
- Drafting correspondence and court documents under instruction
- Assisting with the discovery process
- Drafting letters of instruction and briefs to experts
- Liaising with Barristers and clients
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- File management;
- Other general legal administration tasks as required.
You
To be suitable for this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
The Law Firm
Well established, leading Gold Coast law firm based at Southport. 45 staff in total.
The salary on offer for this role is negotiable, dependent upon experience (up to $90,000 + super ).
