The Salt Foundation is a registered NDIS provider with a proud history of programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being for individuals, families, and communities. As a not-for-profit charity all our proceeds go back into the community. Over the last 10 years the Salt Foundation has donated proceeds to support those who are most valuable and disadvantaged in our community. About the Role

We have several vacancies available throughout the Mornington Peninsula for experienced Disability Support Workers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in proving home and community access. Working with the Salt Foundation you will play a vital role in supporting our participants to pursue their interests, develop new skills, achieve their lifestyle goals and be valued as an equal member in the community. Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, assistance with everyday household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.

- Clear and effective communications skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Initiative and self-motivation
- A positive and professional approach
- Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, morning, day and afternoon.
- Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered
