Work Conditions

- Education: Tertiary qualifications in social work, social science, community services, or a relevant human services degree.

- Experience: At least five years of industry experience working with community and business, including delivering person-centered case management and group programs.

- Skills: Demonstrated ability in community development, networking, and responding to diverse stakeholders. Must have highly developed communication, organizational, and time management skills.

- Certifications: Valid driver’s license, fully insured vehicle, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Full COVID-19 vaccination is also required.

- Desirable: Aboriginality or bilingual/bicultural background is a plus.

Responsibilities

- Location: North West Growth Area, with a focus on Blacktown North West.

- Compensation: SCHADS Award- Level 4, with salary packaging options.

- Reporting: Reports to the Team Leader of the Family and Community Connections Team.
