We are seeking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join our high‑performing Property Management team located in Bulimba This energetic team is passionate, team‑oriented, and is committed to providing an amazing experience for their team and clients. You will look after a very well‑managed portfolio, with an immense amount of support from your Team Leader and offshore team.

The Role

Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following:

- Portfolio management – assist in maximising landlords assets

- Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable.

- Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio.

- Overlook and manage the lease renewal, move‑in and move‑out process for all tenants under your portfolio.

- Minimal out‑of‑office inspections due to the team structure/support.

Skills & Experience

- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a property manager

- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver’s License

- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with responsibility over your own work and the work of others (risk management)

- First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal)

- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast‑paced environment
