Employment Type: Full time 38 hours per week

Pay: Up to $39.35

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

- Prime Location -We're just 5 minutes from the beach and surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4. A vibrant new development featuring shops and eateries is currently under construction just across the road.

You’ll need:

Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current WA Working with Children Check
