Job Summary
Three Microsoft Power Platform Developers (APS6 equivalent) are required for a federal government agency contract. The role is a 12‑month assignment with the option for two additional 12‑month extensions. Locations include Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. Candidates must be able to obtain Baseline clearance; clearance holders especially with government experience are preferred.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams and product owners to create innovative software solutions aligned with architectural patterns and design standards.
- Build and enhance new or existing software products and applications based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform.
- Work as part of a highly motivated, cohesive team using agile approaches to design, develop, implement and support technical solutions that deliver business outcomes. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on other developers’ code for quality assurance.
- Review requirements/user stories and provide feedback.
- Create solution designs, including options analysis when multiple viable solutions exist.
- Develop Microsoft Power Platform‑based solutions in accordance with the agreed design.
- Document solutions and provide configuration/code comments.
- Deploy, release and implement documentation.
- Support deployed solutions within a DevOps framework.
Technical Skills
- Minimum five years’ experience across multipletech/IT disciplines with specialisation or expertise in one or more areas.
- Knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or other agile delivery frameworks.
