Join a fast-moving digital team where your Power Platform expertise will shape real business outcomes. We're looking for a talented Software Engineer who's passionate about building modern, scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and D365.

***Baseline, NV1, or NV2, security cleared candidates preferred***

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with product owners and developers to create, enhance and deploy business-critical software solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  • Design and develop apps, automations and integrations aligned with enterprise standards and architecture.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and releases, ensuring smooth deployments and maintainable solutions.
  • Work within a DevOps environment, continuously improving delivery pipelines and product performance.
  • Contribute ideas, challenge norms, and be part of an Agile culture where every voice counts.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience across IT disciplines, with at least 3 years hands-on Power Platform & D365 CRM development in complex environments.
  • Solid experience working in Agile or SAFe teams.
  • Skilled with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Proven ability to design, develop and implement CRM portal solutions (e.g. ADX Portals).
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical detail into clear documentation.

Bonus points for

  • Microsoft certifications or formal IT qualifications.
  • Advanced JavaScript and CRM form programming.
  • Previous experience in large-scale or enterprise projects.
