Salary: UoM 6 $98,870.00 - $107,023.00 p.a. plus 17% super

Supporting the Deputy Dean and Faculty Executive Director, ensuring efficient coordination of executive and administrative functions within the Faculty of Education. Engaging with senior stakeholders to contribute meaningfully to the smooth operation and strategic objectives of the faculty. Responsibilities

- Providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy Dean and Faculty Executive Director, including managing calendars, prioritising commitments, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations with accuracy and discretion.

- Coordinating governance, meetings, and events, including scheduling, collating papers, arranging venues and catering, taking minutes, following up actions, and supporting travel and conference arrangements in line with University policies.

- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a confident and professional primary point of contact, and ensuring timely and tactful resolution of enquiries and issues.

- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving office processes and systems, including filing, databases, tracking mechanisms, and compliance with University risk management, OH&S, and other relevant policies.

Qualifications

- Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrating extensive professional experience and knowledge in office management or executive support.

- Apply advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrate proven experience in managing, improving, and maintaining office systems, processes, and workflows.

- Deliver high-quality administrative support with strong prioritisation, organisational, and time-management skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
