Aboutthe Role
AsExecutive Assistant to the Principal, you will play a pivotal rolein supporting the leadership of the school by providing high levelExecutive support, including:
- Act asthe Principal’s key liaison, managing communications withstudents, staff, parents, Council members, and externalstakeholders.
- Providehigh-level calendar and travel management, prioritising thePrincipal’s time to support key schoolinitiatives.
- Preparecorrespondence, reports, presentations, and coordinate agendas,minutes, and follow-ups for senior committees.
- Supportplanning and execution of school events, functions, andpriority projects.
- Maintainconfidentiality, discretion, and professional standardsappropriate to this senior role.
- Workclosely with the School Executive to advance strategic andoperational objectives as a trusted partner in thePrincipal’s leadership team
AboutYou
The idealcandidate will have:
- Provenexperience in a senior administrative or executive supportrole
- Outstandingorganisational, time management and problem-solvingskills
- Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills with strong attentionto detail
- Highproficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Outlook calendarmanagement
- Demonstratedability to work with discretion, confidentiality andprofessionalism
- CurrentWorking With Children Check (Employee)
- Desirableattributes include tertiary qualifications in BusinessAdministration, experience supporting a Principal/CEO or Board,and familiarity with collaboration and workflow automationtools
Allapplicants must hold a current Working With Children Check(Employee) clearance and the right to live and work in Australia.You must also be willing to undertake a National Police RecordCheck.
