About The Role
As a Marketing & Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing and account management teams to deliver high quality, consistent interactions across the client lifecycle.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Client Experience & Engagement, you’ll coordinate initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance brand consistency, improve retention and fuel business growth. From campaign execution and event logistics to content creation and stakeholder coordination, this is a varied and hands on role where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of client engagement programs, campaigns, and events that build engagement, trust and loyalty.
- Prepare professional client facing materials such as presentations, templates and onboarding packs.
- Coordinate logistics for industry & client forums, webinars and promotional events from run sheets to RSVPs and post event feedback.
- Draft and coordinate brand aligned content and including updates, FAQs, onboarding materials, bios, templates, presentations, whitepapers and press releases.
- Maintain engagement records, track client satisfaction metrics (including NPS) research and report on client strategy, engagement data, content performance, insights and market trends.
- Support the execution of campaigns including email, digital and content led initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, account management, product, operations and manage clients, prospects/leads and external suppliers to ensure consistent high quality experiences.
- Support account managers with documentation, CRM updates and coordination of meetings.
Unleash Your Potential
To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, account coordination, client engagement or communications, preferably in financial services.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting campaigns, engagement programs, client facing forums & event management (planning, logistics, follow ups) or account management processes.
- Financial acumen including budget tracking.
- Familiarity with NPS, CRM systems, and digital tools like LinkedIn, Google Ads & analytics dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience in design tools such as HubSpot (preferred), Canva or Figma.
- A self starter with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, time management skills and an ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
