We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our dedicated, high-performance team at Suddenly, a News Corp-owned content marketing agency.

This role will be working for a well-known Australian retailer, responsible for the smooth, efficient management of production and will be integral in producing high-quality, audience-driven and digital-first video content that meets our clients’ marketing objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative Content Director, Account Service Director, and Video Editors to ensure timely and efficient production of content.

Responsibilities and Requirements

You will need a positive and collaborative attitude, the ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish, accountability, and the confidence to be part of a fast-paced production team.

Key requirements include:

- Developing and managing production schedules, workflows, traffic management, budgets, shoot schedules, and resources for multiple video projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating a wide range of resources/stakeholders to assist in the achievement of brief and production objectives.
- Knowledge and experience in the technical processes of video and photographic production, including experience in organizing both video and photo shoots.
- Being highly organized with the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
- Having an eye for detail and the ability to establish and manage rigorous quality control processes across multiple teams.
- Strong knowledge in creating and owning detailed production documentation to ensure teams are well-informed and organized.
- Being a strong communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple internal teams and stakeholders.
