About the Role
- A Building Services Coordinator/Engineer is required to work on our Data Centre in Huntingwood ($1bn) – Work secured well into 2027.
- You will be responsible for Mechanical or Electrical packages on this major project.
- You should be able to read and interpret drawings.
- Manage and work closely with the Tier 1 Services Sub‑contractors and other Service Trades effectively.
- You will work directly under the Services Manager, as part of a team and attend all the meetings and support him through the full life‑cycle of the project.
- In return you will be given the opportunity to learn from one of the best in the business and work towards becoming a Building Services Manager – the training and development is exceptional.
To be successful in this role you would require:
- A very strong focus on Building Services with a trade or degree background coupled with 3‑5+ years’ experience in the commercial construction industry
- Commercial construction delivery experience on large projects
- Extensive experience with Elec or Mech services on projects in excess of $200m
- Ability to motivate and mentor those around you.
- You will have worked for a Building Services contractor or for a main building contractor fulfilling an intermediate level role within a Tier 1 or 2 organisation.
- Steady employment background showing great tenure with past employers.
