Responsibilities

As part of our Online Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for online customers - helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online chat with clarity and professionalism
- Help customers identify the right parts/products based on their needs
- Process online orders, manage returns, and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams
- Learn and navigate our internal systems
- Keep customer records and communications up to date and accurate

Qualifications

About You

- You’re a natural communicator who’s friendly, tech-savvy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence learning and using online platforms and internal systems
- A calm, helpful approach to solving customer queries
- Experience in retail, online sales, customer service, or admin (preferred but not required)
- A genuine interest in automotive or willingness to learn
