Tell me more...Join us as a Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Torres Strait, delivering vital acute and primary health care services across the region's Primary Health Care Centres. In this permanent role, you will provide clinical leadership, support and mentor primary health care clinicians, and work closely with Indigenous Health Workers. Your work will focus on primary health care, chronic disease management, and emergency care within the Torres Model of Care. While based at a Primary Health Care Centre, you may be required to support other outer island centres as needed.
