Record Administration Assistant – Parramatta
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking to kickstart or grow your career in administration? We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in Parramatta, providing vital support to internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for staff and clients, handling phone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Provide a range of administrative support services including data entry, word processing, correspondence, file management and minute-taking.
- Assist with meetings, events, projects and routine financial activities.
- Deliver quality customer service by responding to enquiries and ensuring matters are handled with professionalism and discretion.

- Experience using Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
