The Role

Reporting into the SVP & General Manager, Asia Pacific, the Vice President Sales for ANZ, involves overseeing and solution selling to a portfolio of established clients while driving new growth opportunities through strong, long-term partnerships. Your team will excel in understanding client needs, tailoring solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewals. With a strong focus on market representation through networking and industry events, as well as proactive account monitoring to address risks, this senior role will shape the teams performance and presence in the region. The focus is on expanding the adoption of innovative AI-driven enterprise solutions , building on an already successful team with expert strategy. Measured on growth of existing accounts and net new business with significant untapped potential in the market, the aim is to scale adoption, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable impact to the success of the business.

The Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a sales and solutions team to surpass revenue, market growth, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Expand adoption of the product suite among existing clients while securing high-value new business.
  • Drive market strategy to maximise reach across a broad customer base, leveraging an enhanced portfolio of AI and automation solution that reduce manpower for enterprise organisations.
  • Support complex deals and strategic opportunities through executive-level engagement and oversight.
  • Maintain disciplined sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure growth.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team culture with clear goals, career development, and continuous skills training.
  • Collaborate across departments, align regional plans with global priorities, and represent the organisation at industry events, with flexibility for frequent travel.

What you will bring to the role

  • We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with a track record of combining hands-on selling and team leadership.
  • Ideally you have sold Enterprise AI solutions that have reduced repetitive processes, eliminating manpower in enterprise organisations.
  • Minimum 15 years in enterprise software sales, including significant experience leading national teams across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Demonstrated results in building, developing, and performance-managing high-achieving teams.
  • A strong network of senior contacts within major Australian enterprises.
  • Experienced in driving rapid growth through complex solution sales and strategic account management.
  • Clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate execution.
