What you'll bring with you
- 15+ years of direct external communications experience within listed companies, with a strong track record in project management, leadership and a deep understanding of listed company practices. Experience with M&A communications and working across global teams is highly valued
- Proven ability to take a global point of view, localise where needed, and successfully work with and engage people and teams across different cultures and working styles to effectively influence stakeholders, while gelling effectively within a tight-knit team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a distinctive, personal and accessible tone. Impeccable attention to detail is crucial
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams while upskilling and coaching direct reports
- A strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communications narrative and strategies
- Well-developed stakeholder and project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion
- Experience working in B2B enterprise/SaaS software is desirable
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively, prioritise projects, and confidently communicate priorities and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- An energetic approach, strong emotional intelligence, resilience, creativity, a sense of humor, and a collaborative team spirit
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred
