What you'll be doing

As Director Corporate Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a wide‑ranging corporate portfolio to ensure safe, effective, and high‑quality services that support clinical care delivery. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will guide the strategic direction of corporate functions and contribute to broader district planning and service development initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for leading key functions across WSLHD, including Security, Wardsperson/Orderlies, Switchboard & Reception, Central Sterilising Department, Emergency and Inpatient Administration, Outpatient Administration, Mortuary, and Volunteers.

- Provide advice to the District Executive on the strategic direction of corporate services.

- Lead the planning, governance, and operational performance of all corporate functions.

- Oversee financial, human resource, and asset management across the portfolio.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, including with HealthShare NSW and other key stakeholders.
