This Senior Full Stack Engineer role is a unique opportunity to help shape our future technology stack, define engineering standards, and play a pivotal part in our digital evolution.

You’ll be instrumental in architecting and delivering next-generation frontend, microservices, and cloud platforms. Working within a high-performing squad, you’ll champion modern engineering practices and collaborate closely with technical leaders and cross-functional teams to realise our digital north star.

You will also be responsible for the following:

- Leading technical delivery within your squad, driving architectural decisions and building full stack engineering capability.

- Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend and backend systems.

- Championing modern frontend architectures using frameworks such as ReactJS and NextJS, with robust state management.

- Driving the adoption of shared frameworks and design systems for consistency and efficiency across products and squads.

- Overseeing platform reliability, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational readiness.

- Mentoring engineers, promoting a strong engineering culture, and fostering collaboration across squads.

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on engineer with a passion for technology innovation and a track record of delivering cloud-native full stack solutions. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, inspire others, and align technology decisions with business outcomes.

In order to be successful, you will have the following:

- 5+ years’ experience in technology, including team leadership.

- Proven expertise in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native full stack platforms.

- Deep knowledge of frontend development (ReactJS strongly preferred) and state management.

- Strong backend API experience, including microservices, BFFs, and event-driven architectures.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD automation, and production-grade platform delivery.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is highly regarded.
