Senior Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 + Super

You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-performing engineering team that’s rebuilding and expanding as part of a broader technology uplift.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer who can contribute to the design, build, and delivery of innovative digital products. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems, collaborating with product, design, and data teams to create robust, scalable solutions.

The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, offering the chance to help shape the company’s future technical direction while working on projects with high visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable full stack applications and services.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and the evolution of the company’s cloud environment.

- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

- Take ownership of development processes, from concept through to deployment.

- Share knowledge and mentor others within the team.

Tech Stack

The company is currently evolving its cloud and application environment and welcomes candidates with experience across:

- Front-end: React

- Back-end: Node.js &.NET

- Cloud: AWS & Azure

Engineers with exposure to multiple stacks and cloud platforms will be highly regarded.

About You

You’re an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building high-quality, scalable software. You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and motivated by working in an environment where your ideas and technical input make an impact.

You’ll bring:

- 5+ years’ experience as a Full Stack Engineer.

- Proficiency with React plus either Node.js or .NET. (Ideally both)

- Experience deploying to cloud environments (AWS or Azure).

- Strong understanding of application architecture and modern development practices.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You must be citizen or have PR.
