About the role:

You'll be part of a supportive, agile team where you'll help design, build and scale reliable software that underpins our core lending and finance products. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to make an impact, contribute to architectural decisions, and grow your skills in a modern tech environment.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain reliable, scalable full stack software applications using C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS).
- Collaborate across the stack, integrating front-end interfaces with robust back-end systems.
- Participate in agile sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features end-to-end.
- Contribute to software design and architecture discussions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Help monitor system performance and reliability, ensuring the team meets its SLOs.
- Stay curious and engaged with evolving development practices and tools.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency with C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS), with strong experience across both front- and back-end development.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and exposure to event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban).
- A strong commitment to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
