About the role and where you will be working
You’ll be the first point of contact for new home care enquiries, supporting clients through onboarding and coordinating with other departments. Strong admin skills and experience using the My Aged Care portal are essential, as you’ll help track service demand and identify growth opportunities.
We’ll also be asking you to:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for new Home Care enquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service and comprehensive knowledge of Home Care services.
- Engages with prospective clients to assess their needs, provide information on available services, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process, supported by strong administrative skills and proficiency across multiple systems.
- Collaborates effectively with internal departments—including Client Coordination, Scheduling, and Accounts—to ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate teams for timely and accurate follow-up.
- Contributes to organisational development by monitoring client engagement trends, identifying areas of high service demand, and providing insights to support strategic recruitment planning.
- Demonstrates competency in navigating the My Aged Care portal to efficiently manage and source appropriate client referrals.
About you
You’re a friendly and professional communicator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. With sound administrative experience and confidence using a range of systems, you’re skilled at managing enquiries and supporting clients through the onboarding process. You enjoy building connections and working collaboratively with different teams to ensure every client receives the right support.
