About You - Hospitality experience is essential - Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations - Proficiency in all aspects of food safety - Ability to keep calm under pressure, and lead by example - Fit and energetic, manual handling is involved - Must be a good communicator and team player - Able to take direction from other people - Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised Must be reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
