Who You Are

- Appetite and passion for food and produce
- Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
- Thrives working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented and punctual

What we are looking for

- Experience in this role working in a fine dining, ideally hatted restaurant
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Pastry Demi or Pastry Commis
- Detailed knowledge of food and produce
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure in a fast paced, high volume and high quality restaurant
- Have full Australian working rights
- Available to work nights and weekends
- Immediate start
