Our client is a leading health insurance provider committed to innovation and transformation. As they embark on their Agile journey, they are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive business-critical projects focused on systems, processes, and product upgrades. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives while fostering collaboration between business and technology teams.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive systems, process, and product upgrades across the organisation. With a strong presence in the health insurance space, the business is now embracing Agile delivery, and you'll play a key role in shaping how projects are executed. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Manage systems, process, and product upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions and business readiness.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.

- Guide teams through Agile delivery practices, helping to embed Agile ways of working as the business matures in its approach.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.

- Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.

- Experience within health insurance is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in businesses at an early stage of Agile adoption.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex business projects, particularly system, process, and product upgrades.
