This esteemed organization is embracing Agile delivery, and we're looking for a seasoned professional to drive systems, process, and product upgrades across the organization. With a strong presence in the health insurance space, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful transformation while partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage systems, process, and product upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions and business readiness.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.
- Guide teams through Agile delivery practices, helping to embed Agile ways of working as the business matures in its approach.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Experience within health insurance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in businesses at an early stage of Agile adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex business projects, particularly system, process, and product upgrades.
