Job Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our team at Cbus Super Fund. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for improving our delivery processes and driving predictable delivery.
About the Role
The Delivery Lead will play a critical role in implementing agile practices, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion, and driving release to production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, vendors, and other stakeholders, to establish effective ways of working.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to portfolio & program delivery, aligning with Cbus's vision and roadmap.
- Define and sequence activities to develop and manage delivery plans.
- Provide a calm, organised approach to navigating ambiguity, turning unclear goals into structured plans.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of outcomes.
- Drive release to production.
- Identify, address, escalate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact your team's delivery success.
- Provide regular visibility of delivery updates.
- Couch and mentor team members on agile practices, fostering a continuous iterative improvements culture, teamwork, lean, and test & learn mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in different project delivery approaches, including Agile delivery principles and practices and Waterfall.
- Strong ability to manage delivery scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and create structured plans in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building skills.
- Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks.
- Experience using the Atlassian suite of products, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Preferably but not mandatory, experience with Salesforce.
