The Delivery Lead will manage the delivery of technology projects in the Customer & Corporate Technology Domain. This includes managing internal and external resources, working with external providers to support delivery initiatives that impact customer experience.
This role will contribute to the product vision and roadmap for Customer & Corporate Technology teams, ensuring best-in-class capability aligned to Jetstar's Technology strategic objectives. The Delivery Lead will play a part in transitioning to value-aligned product squads using agile, scaled agile or waterfall delivery as required.
You Will Bring- Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering collaborative environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and commercial acumen
- Excellent project leadership, risk management and time management skills
- Ability to work in team environments and communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proven interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
- 5+ years in Project Management or Delivery roles with large complex projects across multiple locations
- Extensive experience in programme management, strategic delivery and various delivery models
- Proven ability to drive initiatives to completion within budget, timeframe and quality requirements
