About the Role
We are hiring Senior Project Managers for our Northern Territory team in Darwin. You will lead projects across the Property sector, focusing on aviation, residential, living, and social housing developments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will also mentor junior team members and shape project solutions.
About You
- Qualifications in construction, architecture, engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years' experience in construction project delivery, especially within Property sectors such as Education, Living & Aged Care, Commercial Property, Aviation, & Housing.
- Experience in client-side consultancy or managing projects for clients.
- Strong leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and mentor emerging talent.
- A strategic, collaborative mindset with initiative and the ability to navigate complex projects.
