You will be responsible for monitoring system health, troubleshooting complex issues swiftly, developing thorough documentation for processes, supporting upgrades and integrations of new technologies, participating in disaster recovery planning, contributing to capacity planning initiatives, automating operational tasks for greater efficiency, ensuring strict compliance with security protocols through regular audits, and providing exceptional technical support to colleagues.
