Your opportunity:

The Search and Affiliates Specialist is responsible for driving activity across Paid Search and Affiliate channels for TPG Telecom’s consumer brands. Working alongside the wider Digital Media Team, the role is key in planning, activating and measuring Search and Affiliates media effectiveness, as well as optimising delivery to campaign KPIs.

Responsibilities

- Developing the Search and Affiliates activation approach as part of the overall media strategy with the wider team across both brand and acquisition.
- Working with the Digital Media Manager on managing optimisations and reporting paired with data driven insights.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and agencies to support and drive our TPG Telecom annual media strategy and planning.

What you’ll bring

- 3+ years’ experience working in performance media with a passion for tackling challenging acquisition campaigns in search and affiliates.
- A sound understanding of campaign optimisation, performance metrics and campaign measurement.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads tools and Affiliate platforms.
- Ability to work with large data sets and conduct data-driven insights and tracking for campaign performance and provide feedback to key internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative work style; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines when managing multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management to work with many key partners both internally and externally.
