Undertake daily management of the Central Kitchen, implement food safety programs, provide support and direction to the catering team, and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.

The Role:

- Seeking a dedicated Food Services Supervisor to support and lead our team in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage ordering, rostering, HR tasks, budgets, and maintain our food safety plan.
- Experience in healthcare settings and managing special dietary requirements is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

Details of appointment: Permanent, full-time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 2 January 2026.

Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum, with a 12% superannuation contribution.

- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
