About the Role
Are you someone who loves connecting with people and making a genuine difference in their lives? At Levande, we’re looking for a warm, organised and tech-savvy Sales Specialist to be a trusted first point of contact for customers and their families as they explore a move into one of our 59 retirement villages.
You’ll be the friendly and professional voice on the other end of the phone, responding to warm inbound enquiries and guiding prospective residents through their journey — from initial contact to booking village tours. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are beautifully and accurately represented online across platforms like realestate.com.au, downsizing.com.au, and others.
This is a dynamic and purpose-driven role that focuses on two key areas:
- Delivering “Everyday Exceptional” through meaningful customer interaction, listening, understanding and supporting prospective residents as they consider their next chapter.
- Supporting internal teams by actively managing online property listings and coordinating our customer referral program with accuracy, care and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
Primary Accountabilities:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, offering guidance, empathy and clear information to help people feel confident and supported.
- Build rapport with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and capturing key details in our CRM.
- Coordinate with our Sales Professionals, Village teams and other internal teams to ensure smooth handovers of leads and timely follow-ups.
- Liaise with Sales Professionals to organise village tours for prospective residents on their behalf.
- Achieve sales conversion targets, specifically focused on converting inbound phone enquiries to village tours.
- Create and maintain engaging, accurate property listings across Levande and multiple external real estate platforms.
- Liaise and coordinate with Sales Professionals and other internal teams to gather property details, photos and updates.
- Monitor online listing performance and ensure all listings reflect our brand and values.
- Support the broader Sales and Marketing team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Manage the customer referral program (Friends to Neighbours) and associated processes.
- Manage the central Sales Hub on behalf of the Sales team
Shared Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and support to customers and team members.
- Enhance Levande’s leadership position and reputation in the industry through sustainable sales practices and adherence to the Levande sales process.
- Contribute to Levande’s vision to be Australia’s most trusted provider of retirement communities.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a customer service, sales support or client-facing role, ideally in retirement living, real estate or aged care.
- Knowledge of the retirement living sector will be highly regarded.
- A warm, friendly and professional phone manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential residents and their families, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Why Join Us
- Work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to balance time between home, our Support Offices and village communities.
- Be part of a purpose-driven organisation committed to enriching the lives of older Australians through exceptional retirement living experiences.
- Join a values-led team that embodies care, excellence and trust in everything we do.
- Enjoy opportunities for growth, learning and development within a respected and forward-thinking organisation.
- Work in a role where your empathy, curiosity and communication skills help build authentic relationships and make a meaningful impact.
- Contribute to a brand that champions “Everyday Exceptional”, delivering outstanding service and support at every touchpoint.
If you’re ready to bring your sales expertise, people skills, and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences to a role with real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
