Junior Project Manager

Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and help deliver insurance reinstatement and commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll focus on coordinating trades on-site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe, quality, and timely work.
- Attend site inspections and meetings, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delays.
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety and quality compliance, including inductions, reporting, and audits.
- Maintain registers (RFIs, drawings, variations, defects).
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and milestone updates in Procore/SharePoint.
- Support purchase orders, subcontractor claims, and cost tracking.

About You

- Trade qualified (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) with 2–5 years’ construction experience.
- Experience in supervision, leading hand, or foreman role preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance reinstatement or commercial projects a plus.
- White Card and driver’s licence required.
- Confident communicator, organised, and proactive with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Comfortable with MS Office and construction software (Procore experience desirable).
