This role leads a team of Deployment Coordinators to deliver on agreed install plans for clients. The role maintains oversight of all deployment projects relevant to a specific client/program set or geographical zone, ensuring schedules, resources, third parties, and internal stakeholders are coordinated to deliver on-time deployment and associated operational, commercial, and quality goals.

Role Responsibilities

- Ensure successful delivery of deployment projects within the assigned remit, meeting time, quality, and client satisfaction expectations
- Provide strong leadership to Deployment Coordinators, enabling effective execution of deployment activities and building team capability
- Manage deployment costs and profitability to ensure commercial outcomes align with organisational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure coordinated deployment execution
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks to deployment performance while driving efficiency and process improvements

Role Requirements

- 5+ years in installation deployment or construction management
- 2+ years as a deployment lead (for internals)
- Experience with ERP transactional processes that support PTP
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience navigating remote offsite teams advantageous
