About The Role:
The Device Management Administrator installs, configures, and maintains endpoint infrastructure and applications. This includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to end-users, managing software distribution and patching, administering Active Directory and Group Policy management, and developing and maintaining SOE/MOE development and management.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing high-value enterprise endpoint infrastructures—preferably in government or similarly regulated environments. They will be proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting advanced hardware and software across endpoint devices. Their technical expertise should include software distribution, patch management, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), Active Directory, and Group Policy administration. A strong commitment to innovation and strategic alignment is essential, along with a proven ability to implement and maintain Standard/Managed Operating Environments (SOE/MOE) to enhance security, compliance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will stay abreast of emerging IT trends, embrace cloud transformation, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.
