What you’ll do?

The role of an Audio-Visual Installer is to expertly install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. This includes working with a variety of equipment, such as projectors, screens, sound systems, and video conferencing tools, to create seamless audio-visual experiences in diverse environments, from corporate offices to educational institutions.

- Install, configure, and test a variety of audio-visual equipment, including display setups, screens, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and control systems in various settings.

- Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and addressing any issues that arise promptly.

- Collaborate with other IT and AV professionals to integrate audio-visual systems with existing infrastructure and technologies.

- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and any modifications made to systems, along with user manuals and operational guidelines.

- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment throughout the installation process.

What you’ll bring?

- 3+ years experience as an Audio Visual Installer or similar role.

- Must have an Open Cable license and Full Driver's license - an A-Grade electrical license is highly desirable but not required.

- Previous experience with data installation and running cables.

- Solid knowledge of audio-visual equipment and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and physically fit.

What else do you need to apply?

- Travel on-site to our office in Alexandria and client sites around Sydney.

- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
