Job Description

- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Oversee property-related budgets and manage operational expenses effectively.
- Support leasing processes, including drafting agreements and liaising with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate record‑keeping and reporting of property data and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align property management with organisational goals.
- Engage with external contractors and service providers to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of property improvement projects.
- Monitor and address tenant inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Coordinator should have:

- Experience in property management or a related field within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and tenants professionally.
- Knowledge of relevant property regulations and compliance requirements.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and attention to detail.
- A commitment to supporting the values and mission of a not-for-profit organisation.
