**What You Will Be Working On**

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, working closely with our Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator. You’ll maintain our digital presence by managing website content, social media channels, and property listings across REA and Domain. Your creative eye will be essential in designing and coordinating marketing collateral, from brochures to digital assets.

You’ll take ownership of managing our marketing materials inventory and ensure our display homes are always presentation-ready through regular audit.

You’ll assist in implementing our events calendar from conception to execution, showcasing your event management skills. You’ll also play a crucial role in tracking marketing performance through weekly and monthly reporting, helping us optimise our strategies and connect home buyers with their new home.

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

To excel in this role you’ll need to bring:

- A degree in Marketing or similar qualification
- Strong understanding of digital marketing across eDM, social media and website CMS
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Mircsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and web design would be highly valued
- A passion for the property industry and customer service
